Originally, we thought this would solve a few specific problems we saw in the marketplace- sourcing skills from overseas, screening the candidates, and sponsoring them to work in the UK.
For market research, we’ve pitched the concept to a few potential customers to ensure we’ve interpreted the problem correctly and that our solution is appealing. And we’re learning.
Learning that there are other providers doing similar, low cost things.
Which means that we need to refine our solution- our path.
Of course, it’s better to learn these things early and adjust.
