
The next step for the Impact Measurement proposal is to formulate questions to ask of the service users.
We’ve put together 5 questions- short and simple, which give us insight into their experiences, our impact and the resources to affect both of them.
- The staff at the service I attend are helpful.
- The service I use helps me to better manage my mental health.
- The service I attend encourages me to get involved in my community.
- The service I attend helps me to meet my practical needs.
- I would recommend the service I attend to a friend.
The next step is to gather feedback from our on-site managers on the questions.
Emma (the Executive Director) and I think we have well balanced the need for information and the practicality of surveying mentally distressed individuals.
