At RBMIND, we’ve recently designated Link Trustees for each of the projects under our control. These people are current trustees (like myself) and are to act as advocates for the specific project and mentors for the managers. I’m linked to The Carers Project, so I spent 30 minutes today interviewing the manager- understanding her background, the project issues, and what she needed from the Link Trustee concept.
