Interesting links

I've been busy at work lately with a major (for our size) change management programme- more on that in a later post.

But I've come across these interesting links recently.

First one is on the people element of change programmes. They- change management programs AND people- are not commodities.

Second one is a highly recommended book- The New Human Capital Strategy- again on people and their importance in HR systems.
