I stumbled upon this recruitment nugget a few weeks back- a VC firm asking for links to your web presence, instead of sending CVs.
This strikes me as quite interesting- and quite a good way to differentiate candidates.
It's from the US, and I haven't heard feedback from recruiters yet.
