Taking a perm role with the NEA

Over the year that I’ve worked on a consultancy basis with the NEA, my Transition Project Director role has evolved to cover much more of the daily operations. Therefore, it made a lot of sense, for both sides, for me to become a permanent member of staff.

As of the first of June, I am now the Director of Operations. This essentially means that I manage the strategy implementation, day-to-day running, and the support staff across the entire company.

It also means a great marriage between what I enjoy, what I’m good at, and what the NEA needs. And we have a great team.
